PMK chief meets local leaders in Muthialpet

By Our Staff Reporter

PONDICHERRY, FEB. 12. The PMK leader, Dr. S. Ramadoss, today visited the Muthialpet Assembly segment in Pondicherry meeting important persons there. He was setting in motion personal meetings with important sections of people as Assembly polls are due in the next two months. This was his first such meeting after breaking away from the NDA and aligning with the AIADMK.

The former Education Minister Mr. N. Manimaran, important functionaries of the party including its president, Mr. M. Manjini, accompanied Dr. Ramadoss during his visit to Muthialpet. He drove through almost all hamlets in the constituency which is now held by the AIADMK.

Dr. Ramadoss had been addressing regular meetings and conferences as also workers meetings in various segments and had been hoisting PMK flags in villages. The PMK is perhaps the first party to hold such meetings.
