KUMBH NAGAR, JAN. 12. The Uttar Pradesh Tourism Department has erected 35 Swiss cottages for housing several hundred foreign tourists, who have encamped the Kumbh village to be part of the 41-day-long festival.

The tourists from Britain, U.S.A., France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands and Israel had been camping in the cottages since first week of this month, in-charge of tent camp, Mr. Ramesh Vyala, told PTI here today.

Besides, the Department was also organising astrology, yoga and package tours for the foreign tourists to enable them to know various aspects of Indian culture, he said.

The tourists could avail package tours to places of interests, including Varanasi, Chitrakoot, Khajuraho and other nearby tourist places.
