Satyam Manufacturing bags TRW order

HYDERABAD: Satyam Manufacturing Technology Inc., the joint venture between Satyam Computer Services (Satyam) and the $17 billion U.S. based TRW Inc., has received a purchase order amounting to $200 million from TRW. According to a release, the JV will provide information technology, engineering consulting and professional services to TRW. The project is scheduled to be completed before June 2005. Satyam Manufacturing is managed and run by Satyam, which has a 76 per cent equity in the JV, with TRW having 24 per cent.
