4 Ministers have black money, says RJD leader

NEW DELHI, DEC. 15. The Lok Sabha today witnessed noisy scenes after the Rashtriya Janata Dal leader, Mr. Raghuvansh Prasad Singh, wanted to know the fate of his adjournment motion in which he had alleged that four Union Ministers had black money. Raising the issue during zero hour, Mr. Singh said no action was being taken against them.

The Parliamentary Affairs Minister, Mr. Pramod Mahajan, protested that the RJD leader could not speak on the issue merely because he had given notice for an adjournment motion.

The Deputy Speaker, Mr. P.M. Sayeed, observed that the Speaker, Mr. G.M.C. Balayogi had already disallowed the notice given by Mr. Singh.
