Four killed by MCC ultras

RANCHI, DEC. 14. Suspected ultras of the banned Maoist Communist Centre (MCC) killed four persons at Masaria village in Gumla district of Jharkhand while in a separate incident the house of former Chief Minister, Mr. K.B. Sahay, was set on fire, police said today.

The victims of Tuesday's killing were supporters of the Sangharsh Jan Mukti Morcha (SJMM), the Regional Inspector General (RIG) of Police Mr. I. Lakra said quoting delayed reports.

Mr. Lakra said the attack was in retaliation to the killing of four tribal supporters of the MCC in Burhu village by SJMM on November 30.
