Explosive seized

MATHURA, DEC. 9. Alert CISF personnel seized 20 gm of a powerful plastic explosive from the car of an engineer at the Mathura Refinery on Friday following reports that attempts could be made to blow up the refinery. The explosive could have caused damage up to 35 km. The engineer, Rajiv Kumar, was taken into custody and interrogated.
