Two Ministers join opposition in Manipur

IMPHAL, DEC. 4.Three members of the ruling United Legislature Front have joined the opposition camp led by the Manipur Assembly Speaker, Mr. Sapam Dhananjoy Singh.

The three who left the Chief Minister's camp on Sunday were the Transport Minister, Mr. Haokholet Kipgen, and the Minister of State for Higher Education, Mr. L. Jayentakumar Singh (both of Federal Party) and the chairman of the Hill Areas Committee, Mr.Chungkhokai Doungel (State Congress Party).
