Additional charge for Rangarajan

NEW DELHI, OCT. 16. The President, Mr. K.R. Narayanan, today appointed the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, Mr. C. Rangarajan, to hold additional charge of Kerala as the Governor Justice Sukhdev Singh Kang (retd.), is proceeding on leave.
