NABARD launches Capital Gains Bonds

BHOPAL, SEPT. 28. Following the Government of India ordinance on
September 26 enabling NABARD to issue bonds, debentures and
financial instruments, NABARD today launched the Capital Gains
Bonds here.
According to a NABARD statement, all arrangements for floatation
of the Capital Gains Bonds have been finalized. The memorandum
containing the application forms has been made available to the
prospective investors from today at 53 different places,
including the NABARD Head Office at Mumbai, 25 Regional Offices
and 27 District Development Offices.
