Mumbai blasts kill three

MUMBAI, AUG. 26. Three persons including two children were killed and nine others injured in an explosion at a hutment colony at Andheri here early today.

According to police, explosives, stored in a slum and which were meant for special effects in Hindi films, suddenly went off at 0030 hours.Police have registered a case.
