3CRC's IronCAD 3.2 in Singapore, Malaysia

CHENNAI: 3CRC Technolgoies, a division of Pentasoft Technologies, in association with Alventive Inc. of the U.S., has launched IronCAD 3.2, a rapidly adopted mechanical solid modeller in recent years, in Singapore and Malaysia. The company provides requirement analysis, process definition, implementation deployment and system support and the like. 3CRC Technologies, Singapore will provide consulting services in these two countries, according to a company release.

SRA Systems pact with U.S. firm

CHENNAI: SRA Systems, the Chennai based software house, has entered into a long-term strategic alliance with Realpage, a Dallas based company that offer products and web services to multihousing industry in the U.S. SRA will build solutions for migration of Realpage's legacy property management applications to a web-based system.

Maars Software to focus on EAI

CHENNAI: Maars Software plans to focus on enterprise and e- business application integration (EAI) as part of its future plans. This includes implementation services, add-on products, ERP and integrating major ERPs with internet-based front end solutions. It also plans to enter into joint ventures with reputed organisations in logistics management over the web and e- business development projects according to a company release.

Citibank launches platinum card

CHENNAI: Citibank, in association with MasterCard International, has announced the launch of Citibank platinum card. Available exclusively by invitation from Citibank, the card has been designed to cater to the needs of the discerning customers whose lifestyles require higher spending limits on their cards, superior levels of service and benefits. The platinum card will be offered to leading members of the Indian corporate and business world, according to a press release.

ISO 14001 for GM's Halol plant

NEW DELHI: General Motors India has been awarded the ISO 14001 certificate for establishing and applying an ``environment management system'' for manufacturing automobiles at its Halol plant in Karnataka. ``We now begin a new journey as an ISO 14001 company dedicated to green technology and social concerns consistent with other GM operations around the world,'' said the GM India chief, Mr. Richard Swando.
