National \| Previous \| Next MESCO MD denied bail NEW DELHI, JULY 10. A Delhi court today rejected the bail plea of the MESCO group of companies' managing director, Ms. Rita Singh, who is currently lodged in Tihar jail on charges of forgery and falsification of accounts. The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM), Mr. R. K. Gauba, dismissed Ms. Singh's bail application saying there was abundant prima facie material to show her involvement in the forgery of documents and issuance of false share certificates. - PTI Send this article to Friends by E-Mail
