By Our Staff Correspondent
PATNA, MAY 1. An undertrial prisoner accused in the fodder scam
case today escaped from police custody on the Patna District
court premises. K.M. Prasad was brought to the court around 9.30
a.m. but later he could not be traced by the police.
This is the second major incident of lapse on the part of jail
